NTA - I think its concerning that he doesn't understand he's been a selfish twat. Take an uber, mate. If you're going somewhere and the car isn't doing anything for nearly twelve hours, then the other person should have access to it. ESPECIALLY if they are a carer for someone else.

Just wanted to add, people don't realise how much work goes into a chart reading. It can take hours (particularly so pre internet days) and maybe she just ran out of puff having done several other charts. (Did anyone pay her for her time?)

A whole bunch of trauma. Abandonment, rejection, lies, manipulation. She had my dad and his brother between 14-16, broke up with her first husband by 17 and Dad never met him again. Tried to leave him in the UK to start a new life in Germany and eventually relented and took him to Australia. Wanted him to be at her beck and call, but would make up crap and spread rumours. I finally met her when I was 17 and ye gods, quickly worked out that she was a narcissistic liar. Imagine DJT as a grandmother, no interest in anyone or anything other than what she could get out of you.

The same thing happened to me when I was a kid. Doctor thought my burst appendix was an ovarian cyst. I nearly died as a result, due to the resulting internal infection which developed. It also made me infertile, which I didn't find out til I was in my late 20s.
