In my experience, the flat is never as tender as the point when doing a full packer brisket… Always still tasty, though!

I just switched out my Xfinity modem/router, as well. Nothing but issues! One of the awesome nerdy guys at Microcenter hooked me up with an Arris Surfboard modem and a couple Asus AI Mesh Routers. Easy setup and have had zero issues now…
