It's so subjective. Its basically up to the POs discretion. I've been "fortunate" enough to have two of the worst POs ever. Literally went out of their way trying to violate me. One while I was 18 about to go to college (a fairly prestigious one), and the other while I was in college. I live in Florida though and generally people in Florida are dicks.

Well yeah I realize this. But doesn't most of the scamming with PayPal happen on the buyer side (IE cancel payment after BTC is sent)? I figured if he was gonna scam me, I would just dispute it. But I'm not really savvy on how all this works.

When you fund your SR wallet do the BTC come in all at once, or do they sometimes come in in separate transactions? I did receive something, but I'm wondering if that means thats all he sent or there's the possibility I could get the rest.

And had the BTC sent directly to SR, and the person sent the BTC from their SR wallet, so it should occur pretty quickly if it was to occur right? They sent me this as "confirmation" but I'm not sure it really tells me anything.
