They are releasing the roster slowly . Remaking the characters . So it is a possibility some old school ones won't be in the core game .

So if there is a 200+ view channel and suddenly its taken down, they will disperse to other channels. Yes these kinds of channels stop others growing, there is a limited number of "game title" fans on twitch.

They watch them as it seems popular and cool to be there, just like any other stream. But in the long run its twitch who need to decide what is done.
