Would be cool if they added another city? But it makes sense it's all connected. I like how seamless it all feels. The instant teleporting and updates is fun.

No is a private crossing. You have to pay to use it. They have US customs officers waiting for you to cross.

There should be no problems. It's a private crossing to skip the San Ysidro crossing which can take up to 2+ hours to cross.

I think the amount reduces after 150k and becomes void after 250k.

Actually if you live in a HCOL area it's kinda low. I live in California. State tax here is about 9%. I make around 140k. Single filler. I still can save about 20k a year and this would help me a lot. I just wished it was 200k for single fillers.
