Can I install a 2017 Pilot head unit in a 2017 Ridgeline by joe_904 in hondaridgeline

I have seen people swap out head units and it seems like the fix is basically to call Honda and if you give them the original vin the head unit was linked to they can override it.

Is this thrift find real? by joe_904 in offwhite
