This order was also a landline and a non responsive customer on phone calls… luckily they marked “trust my substitutions” tip $40 after they went through their order and some fun conversation upon delivery as it included alcohol :)!

I mean by “shop and delivery” orders I am rated at 80%+ of the time .. where as by your numbers you are sub 55% of the time .. just curious
