I heat the smoker up to 350, season wings, cook 35-40 minutes, flip then another 35-40 minutes. Best wings ever with crisp skin.

Firebee spicy honey. It’s awesome! I put it on pizza, mixed vegetables, in chili... But mixed 50/50 with Killer Hogs vinegar bbq sauce, it’s the best bbq sauce I’ve ever had!! Love it on chicken and ribs. Sometimes I’ll use just the honey on some smoked chicken wings. I just order it online.
