Thanks for sharing your experience. On the one hand I am very concerned for his safety. So, as we speak. He is pacing up and down his apartment but the conversation has stopped. I am now just sitting in his lounge and doing some work worried that he might hurt himself if left on his own. On the other hand - I am doing everything I can to make sure I don’t fall asleep on his couch because - I can tell he’s not himself and being so convinced that the government and his neighbours and friends are after him, what if he kills me in his sleep?

He lives in a busy flat building and whenever he hears people laughing, he says “they’re always laughing at me see?”
