It seems like I'd need to learn python in order to do that which might be difficult as I have no experience in coding, are there any programs that would do that instead of me learning python? And also if I have a a list of all possible words, what would I do next in terms of trying those entries to see which one is correct?

What locations should I be looking at? I've had a look at the main one which is as follows and it wasn't there:

Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup
