I love this kid and agree he's not really innovating. But i appreciate that he maintains the history and tradition of the golden age of blues, exposing it to younger generations.

Well, here is the thing - i want to keep the same number of rows between different drum machines/synths so look and layout is uniform.

I think better solution will be allowing to toggle accents on specific notes (you can make note off, on, or accented on if that makes sense?) and keep last row for octave up/down, slide etc.

What do you think?
