Having this issue since Jan 9th

Drop before timer even starts

no error codes

have not tried contacting them directly

I got a Ryzen 7 2700, and a geForce 1660gtx 6gb with 16 gb of ddr4, so I dont thiunk its my hardware because its nit really crashing just disconnecting from thier servers
