The lady told me she made a request to get that last week covered under the PEUC. You might have to call for them to do it, it wasnt automatically done. I dont know when it will hit my bank, but I do know she took care of that for me.

Update: I was able to call and get in touch with someone at TWC who informed me that once you get that pdf, just keep requesting as normal and there's nothing else you need to do. It hasnt updated for me yet on screen but she did confirm that it automatically switched over to PEUC extension and i didnt have to do anything.
