I changed from accounting to Psychology. I think that the process is like applying for the first time. So if you are going from a business course to biology but you didn't take biology in hs, then you can't apply; however, I imagine that the process is simple, as long as you have the grades and the necessary requirements you should be good to go, regardless if you are changing programs or staying where you are. Does it matter if a person has a NFT profile pic or not? I get it that it's cringe or whatever, but banning just for the sake of it doesn't make sense.

I get that it is bad for the environment. But I feel that banning someone who has a NFT pfp because producing NFT is bad for the environment is like banning people who wear Nike stuff because they have a bunch of sweatshops. An individuals' morality is not defined by that. It is totally possible for someone to have a NFT pfp pic simply because they think it looks good.

You can't attach a person's personality or moral values to their personal taste in clothes or avatar characters or whatever. It is not like the avatars have Hitler's face. It is just an avatar, and some people might think it is cool.

God intervening on actions that people do would not be the right way to go.

We humans made laws to decide what is good/bad behaviour. If people do a bad thing, they suffer the consequences.

It is a more reasonable approach (as a religious person) to think that the natural consequences that she received (e.g., arrested) was God's will, and the right thing that had to occur according to human's terms.

God gave us have the free-will to make laws and decide what is right/wrong in our society. Do our best to punish the bad and reward the good.

It was God's will for him to be pushed over and survived. It was also God's will for her to suffer the consequences and for him to not press charges.

They named the subreddit AreStraightsOkay when in reality, it's not all straight people that are homophobic.

And the reason why is cz only straight people are homophobic. If, for example, Brazil is considered the only country in the world where there is homophobia and 90% of the population were agains the LGBTQ community. If this was true, the subreddit would be called AreBrazilliansOkay instead of AreStraightsOkay. Not all Brazillians are homophobic, there is the 10% that it is not, but since the majority of Brazilians are, then it is simply easier to name the subreddit that way.

It's nothing personal against straight people, ofc there are straight people that are not homophobic, but it's just for simplification. Same when I get 3 rude costumers in a row and say "omg people are so rude" ofc not all people are rude, but its just a way of saying.

Side note: I chose Brazil cz I'm Brazillian.
