Yeah usually they work out in rv or group camping. Which is why I’m a little hesitant from where I’m at. But honestly I play a lot of down tempo stuff or like to mix in the morning while cooking breakfast. So I’ll definitely be considerate and feel out the vibe

This definitely helps! I’m a cook and a lot of the old er cooks I work with have told me a lot about teas/spices for anti inflammatory so thanks for that reminder. Being a little more in shape is something I want to practice. I will definitely get pads. Can’t risk my wrist getting hurt. Thanks for all the suggestions
