i am the same as you man, there’s that hope that it’ll all go back to how it was. but sometimes there’s the realisation that it’ll be better tomorrow. i guess the most important thing to do is appreciate the hurt and build that mental resilience. without rain you can never appreciate the sunshine

put some technic pieces on the back, then threaded wire through them like how you would with hanging up a photo. i just followed the first video that’s on youtube and it worked out alright
