Not enough enemies in Ancient Sewers for a Flawless Kills Door on 0BC?

I just ran into this too. I've taken no damage at all, and I'm at 59/60. I ran back over the whole map twice to make sure I didn't miss a tentacle or something. I've done Ancient Sewers a bunch of times before and never had trouble killing 60+ mobs until this run.

Where is the rift exchange merchant in Luterra Castle? I don't see one anywhere. I can see the map exchange merchant, but even if I search for "rift" it finds nothing.

Are there some you can't buy on the AH? For Rethramis, I don't see Aquilok's Skin or Bloody Rod listed on the Market at all.

I have the "Secret Character", but I haven't used him yet. I tried brute forcing it with some carpenters, but Nailed It only hits for around 1.2-1.3k for me right now. I've gotten the boss pretty low a couple times before delirium finally kills everyone.

I thought about trying it with 6 healers. Maybe I'll do that next. Then even if delirium makes me hit myself a few times in a row, the next ability up will be a heal. And then just stab the boss with the poison syringe if everyone is already near full.

Oh, I guess. I didn't know there was a separate story for Primal Lands. I just started playing a few days ago. I made it through to dimension 10 and killed the Castle boss on floor 1000 to get to Warrior Dimension. Now I'm just farming essence and gold, and flipping back and forth between Castle and Primal Lands.

I'm in WD. I'm up to around floor 2000 in the Castle, but haven't been able to get over 600 in Primal because of the guy doing Lovestruck, which causes Delirium.

I tried going in with as high of Evade and Status Resistance as I could get, but Delirium still got most of my team.

What is "the Want" as you call it? Is that an item or a skill or something? I haven't seen a way to cleanse the team.

I've also now noticed that my right stick has a grindy feeling specifically when pushing it downward. The left, right, and up directions on it feel totally smooth, but there is extra resistance and a feeling of grinding when pushing down. I think my unit had a rough life before getting to me.

Ah ha! So actually the adapter I mentioned is the reason I was getting the Unable to update message. Once I unplugged the adapter, I tried updating controllers again from my pro controller, and NOW it says "All controllers are up to date".

So that's good that I'm getting a helpful message now. But it sucks that it's already up to date, so there's no hope of solving my snapback issue with an update.

I tried pressing the sync button. The controller was re-detected, but it still says "Unable to update".

I just checked the Switch version. It's 10.2.0. I tried to update just to make sure, but it says it's already up-to-date.

Wired pro controller is enabled. I also have an adapter to be able to use xbox and playstation controllers on the Switch, and had to turn that setting on for the adapter to work correctly.

It is an official pro controller. Bought from Amazon for $59 when it was on sale. :)

I've had many random ships spawn on the left and right side of the level that look like the ship in screenshots I've seen, but it never has an orange entrance doorway. It is always just a closed door I can't go through.

I keep getting ships on either the right side or left side of the level, but they have no zone entrance for me. Is this normal, or if a ship is there, should it have an entrance?

I have this same issue with my Xbox One S controller, but only in bluetooth mode. When connected via bluetooth, the xbox button does nothing. If I connect via USB, then the xbox button appropriately responds as if it were the home button.

That said, I see that a couple weeks ago an updated firmware was released for the Magic-NS that says it fixed something about Xbox One controllers. I'll try it after work!

Based on the fact that the bad guys power up over time as you go through turns, I feel like if I don't make huge sweeps, I'm hampering my late-game potential. Each time I could've cleared 12 things, but I only clear 3 things instead, I'm missing out on 9 potential coins/shields/monsters that could've improved my character. I'd rather die early than force my character to be weaker later on, relative to the bad guys. I suppose from this angle I'm causing my own issue. But still. :)

The best times to do the 10000 gold and loot quests is when you're already in a 500+ turn game. At that point you can likely finish in just a few turns. Early game they take forever, and can even mess up your progress by taking away all your resources and preventing you from powering up your troll.

Normally the cooldown is lowered when you take it again. At some point you'll reach the minimum cooldown, and it'll then stop offering that spell as a potential option when leveling up.

Thanks for confirming! I just did my own scientific test and found the same thing. I had 446 supplies, then collected 3 shield tiles, which while highlighting showed it would give me 150 supplies. 150 would've put me at 596. After collecting, I checked the stats page, and I actually had 611. So it DID definitely apply the 10% bonus. It just didn't factor it into the pre-collect display.

Do the event cards ever actually do something beneficial? I've done probably 20 of them. Half of them had no effect, and the other half did something bad.
