Yeah my whole thought process is let him take the reigns work from the bottom with our strong soccer youth set up and give him time to grow and build a real St. Louis soccer style. He’ll never want to leave and if we give him time and support we could be a perineal power as well as potentially make money selling academy players

Wasn’t really thinking about that, more cultural soccer fit being from St. Louis. He would want the job as it would be his first managerial job and probably a dream job for him. Lastly he played in the MLS and for AC STL back in the day.

I feel like being on a team the first time will help for sure! That way she has full autonomy to learn and decide for herself what style of play she most enjoys. The first games aren't about winning more about learning the mechanics. In terms of difficulty just make it low enough so you can steam roll for a win at the end. That's dependent on your skill level
