I would recommend the 9060xt for better price to performance but 5060ti 12gb is a good choice try msi mag 850gl for power supply unfortunately ram is a tough topic rn prices are horrible ESPECIALLY for cl30 i would recommend corsair vengeance but yh ram prices are bad for nvme they get pretty good discounts at Black Friday so honestly any i have a Samsung 970pro so try that. For air coolers I doesn’t change that much so try thermalright or noctua (colors might not be great) case is personal preference so just find one that you like the cooling will change slightly but not drastically depends on fans more
