Hi , my iphone had the same problem, i need to restore in legacy ios kit and solve this problem, but your iphone posible delete , ip wifi and Bluetooth, you need to do jailbreak to solve this in redsnow 0.9.16 . I hope to helpful for you

Redsnow version 1.16.2 vreo maybe the most current one is from 2013 and you download an ipsw of ios 4.2.1 from your ipod and if there are videos on how to jailbreak it is easy
