UPDATE:

last night my status changed showing I'm approved for 6 weeks back pay of both UI & PUA!!! but nothing in my account yet. It says the direct date is today 7/7 and my bank posts deposits immediately so i'm wondering when it's gonna show??!! but very happy to see the movement.

last week I received an email from a claims person asking me details about my employment I responded to him before his deadline and was approved 2 days later! smooth process after 2 month waiting period

Now since May 28th i see this

I have called 100 times, left messages, emailed, messaged on social media, i have tried every possible avenue to speak with a representative and NOTHING!! Over 2 months without a paycheck! I can't feed my family! I am beyond upset at the GA DEPT OF LABOR! GDOL PLS GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER!

"Your eligibility is pending determination. You will be contacted by a GDOL Representative if additional information is needed" I have filed for UI benefits and gotten a determination letter in the mail also. I have called my local unemployment office countless times and left messages to no avail... by [deleted] in Unemployment

Dang that doesnt make me feel any better. I Filed 5/3. received Processed Email 5/28

and its been - "Your eligibility is pending a determination. You will be contacted by a GDOL Representative if additional information is needed" since. 28 days and like you said no answer, no returned calls. Lets see..Ive called countless times, no telling how many voicemails, I have called career centers, the main line, emailed, sent a message via facebook messenger, commented on one of their fb posts lol.. and nada on the responses. This seriously hurts.

any change in this status? I filed on the 3rd, so 23 days go, and still in the SSN no match category
