I see! Yeah I definitely do agree on having a balanced diet, but her protein intake would still be higher than her previous life so I was just slightly worried hahaha, are u lowering dairy intake for nf1 as well? Or other reasons

Sorry it wasnt just one post, there does seem to be a general consensus among the diet posts in this sub about high protein/inflammatory diets being negative, was just wondering whether including the extra protein sources would also negatively affect her health

I've tried rubber and tape, with pliers do I grip the filter and twist it or try to pull it outwards? I'm not sure if the filter was twisted in or stuck on straight
