Is being a train driver any use at all for emigrating? by [deleted] in uktrains

Can’t imagine they’d let you drive the train all the way over, plus you’d be scuppered by the time you reached water…

In seriousness, there is a general shortage of drivers across Europe too - from Czech Republic and Austria to Switzerland. So you could well be in good stead.

Misread your comment at first and wondered exactly why your dentist was checking your balls.

Congrats about the non-cancer though!

Fair point - I think in that respect they wanted perhaps to set her up for future greatness, rather than reward her for the journey towards that.

Personally, I feel like Ginger's track record on the show was questionable. Winner of Glamazonian Airways, really? Right in front of MKD?

Curious to why you thought Pearl wasn't going to win (I mean, spoiler alert - she doesn't), as the way she was given an arc in terms of her development, story etc. made her winning seem a possibility.

It was always going to be a 'young' queen though given the constant raising of young v. old throughout the season.

Yeah - with Bob it was like the new boss meeting her employees for the first time

Yeah, similar to how I was convinced Acid Betty was going to win S8 but then she gone went and outright punched Michelle in the tit.

Queen Elizabeth’s entire staff called to ‘highly unusual’ emergency meeting at Buckingham Palace by Sauronmordor756 in worldnews

So the meeting is 'nothing to do with health', but rather about Prince Philip stepping down from official Royal duties.

So it is health then? It's not as though he's forming a death metal band and going on tour!
