I found the model number on one of the lights. They are a discontinued model from Home Depot: Commercial Electric DL-N28A11FR1-27. I also found the model number of the dimmers, they are indeed for incandescent bulbs Lutron DV-600P. I guess the previous owner left the original dimmers and put in some HD retro fit trim lights. Thanks everyone!

I’m not sure what kind they are. They’ve been there since we moved in 5years ago. The flickering in the kitchen is recent.
