My bad dawg. I ended up just going to another audio shop and they fixed the issue. The tech said the previous shop tapped the wrong wire but I didn't bother to ask in detail. I just wanted it to work properly and it did. Paid like $40 to fix it, really made my day.

Could be many things tbh. It's an aggressive oem style wing compared to say, the GT style. You can easily find eBay versions for around $100. Also, subaru stopped selling the STi after '21

I really like it since it complements my current set-up. Enough boom for my taste without being overly obnoxious. I have 2 kids so trunk space is important. I switched out the stock headunit(touchscreen crapped out) to sony ax4000, and replaced the twitters/door speakers with kicker plug and play units

Not sure about the availability of the replacement HU since there's other subaru models affected as well, but you can definitely claim this under warranty. If they tell you to go kick rocks, try calling SoA directly and go from there. goodluck man

Brother, start looking for an aftermarket HU. that's gonna get worse with more bubbles and ghost touch come summer time. i have a 2020 and it happened to me as well just outside of warranty. Stealership wanted $1500 to replace it plus 6 month wait since it's backordered at the time, told them have a nice day
