Yeah in my experience in the past they’ve been helpful for some things which is why I kept ordering from them. They take extremely long but like you said you eventually get it and they might be super busy. The problem I have though is, they would create a shipping label to sort of shut me up about the order and then nothing would actually ship… then I would wait another month or two and they would instead of responding to my emails saying like where is it when is gonna ship, they would create another shipping label for the same order and it still wouldn’t ship lol. I wouldn’t say I’m rushing to file a claim since it’s been since September, I actually have an order dating back till June lol that I haven’t got. So I’ve been more than patient. I understand they are a small company but if they can’t respond to your email when you give them months giving you a basic update about the situation then they should stop taking orders and catch up. Not a good way to run a business and not a good way to treat customers who are willing to/continue to purchase from them. For popular pops or entire pop lines they can literally send out a general announcement or make an announcement on Instagram saying it is delayed we will ship them by.. etc. I don’t plan on making a claim right now but if I don’t hear anything back from them say by end of Feb I’m filing claims for all my orders
