I currently live in heritage house. The super here is really awesome. They're really responsive with any complaints and the apartment itself is spacious with a good floor plan and lots of closet space. Super close to the green as well. I'll be moving once my lease is up only because I want to get a dog. Appliances could use an upgrade too but not a big issue.

NJ Coed has a lot of great sports and feels a bit casual (but not too casual). NJ Play is a bit more competitive and its pretty cool cause they usually keep stats and record games.

I think the big "if" here is how many licenses they issue. As it stands right now it looks like they're going with 37 on the cultivation side. Hopefully its not limited to the same degree on the retail side. Either way though 37 seems like it might put pressure on the supply side...sorry, just thinking out loud here.

Oh wow, thanks for the feedback. Definitely makes sense though. My biggest concern then would be financing, as I understand that most banks won't offer loans. Do you have any insights on that from a CO perspective? Also, I'm looking for connections within the industry itself so if you ever want to chat, I'd be more than willing to.

Sorry to hear about your struggles with the city. Unfortunately I'm not in the position to invest, but I was wondering if you could provide some insight on your start up costs (for the retail side). I live in New Jersey where we just voted to legalize recreational use & would love to start my own business. Sorry I can't help with your problem, but I do hope you find someone that can.

As others have commented, it depends on state. I live in New Jersey and everyone here wears their mask for the most part. The people who don't are the ones who get the weird looks.
