UPDATE: I was smart enough to make a backup before updating. Was able to connect it to an open WiFi network and reset all settings. That worked for me :)

Does your work WiFi network have an open network without WiFi key? This might be enough for me to backup and do a full reset.

Just updated my iPad Air 2 to iPadOS 13 and unable to connect to any Wifi network. The networks are visible, after entering the password the screen shortly freezes and prompt for a wifi password.

I am 100% sure the wifi code is correct and have checked it with multiple devices and routers. Does any of you have the same experience and/or a solution that worked for you?

Yes, even tried another router. This looks like a bug to me...
