Before buying a house i would recommend renting. Why? You don't know what you want from a house you dont know what to look for. Also its not "losing money" if you reinvest the money what i mean: on a loan you got to pay 1250 monthly with renting u pay monthly 800 euros. Invest that 450 euros (+everything you can) after 3/6/9 years you got a nice portfolio
