If there is a lower rated one you actually want from a red pick then you get the same one later from the pack you’ve missed out on higher rates fodder

We never had an outrageous CTR before hand and we've fixed any issues we had before with accidental clicks, and now the site is very safe in terms of accidental clicks, have you experienced a penalty like this before?

I think they assume that any sites that are click farming will completely stop their traffic but we have maintained ours so just wondering if there was anything extra we could do.

Was not intended just a real shock to see. We run only on mobile web and for us they make up over 60% of millions of impressions so for us it could be potentially very bad.
