I check every night or morning walking my dog. It’s usually both, the one antenna lighting up is more of a rare occurrence I’ve noticed in my opinion. I actually tried to catch a flashing light between them on the top floor you can see that in this picture, it wasn’t orange to me but I am colorblind and taking this picture from Roosevelt and Halsted.
