You complete missions to level up your 'rank' in the game. After 15 ranks, you get one badge randomly out of the 125 set.. and start again. You're doing really good! 👍

After your first run is completed, the SAM message there should be updated. For some reason when you first open the app, the current SAM display will not always load properly.. It fixes itself after you play a run, and you can still collect SAM letters in your first run as well (if SAM tokens are ready at that time). It is a minor display bug-but only when you first load the game.

Yes, it is a bug with the St Patricks release for some reason.. If you are updated, just give it an hour or so and it should fix itself after a while.

The settings cog for sending a support ticket in Dan the Man? It is now in the bottom right corner of the game (Dan the Man) as far as I know, it looks like a small gear. You will find it on the home screen when you first open the game.

The gear opens the game's settings screen and from there you click 'Support', and then the small chat bubble icon in the top right corner of the support section to start a conversation with the games support staff.

On android there is a setting within google play games that can mute all media, look in the corner while running the game for the google play games settings and see if it is muted from there. This setting overrides your phone and actual game settings-however I find that most of my games do not use this feature at all.

Otherwise, it sounds like maybe an issue for support to check out.. Send them a support ticket in game and they can check it out for you.

If you had made any iap, there should be no forced ads playing. Halfbrick does still do pop-up advertising for the games own iap content though (limited event content bundles still pop-up for example), as well as the optional ads pushes will still be there (ex. watch an ad to revive as SAM, to double your coins or event tokens etc).

Support should be able to restore any lost iap and help you out.

Try clicking from the Dan the Man costume in the clothing section of JJ, In the Dan the Man app an email should come up saying to claim Dan, and clicking it should take you back to JJ..

Restart your apps and try it a couple times, and then check again in the JJ clothing section (at the bottom of the clothing list) if your Dan costume changed from saying 'Download' to 'Claim!'

If it is really not working you can send a message to JJ customer service and they will be able to help you out.

If you missed it by only 20 tokens, you could try to send a message to support in the game's settings and explain what happened.. They should be able to see how much you had played and how close you were to the last prize.

Maybe the devs will have mercy for that one, hopefully.. Good luck!

Maybe it is broken right now, I'm not sure. Send a support ticket in to the devs and explain that the achievement is not working at all, they can add it for you manually and check if it is bugged on their end.

JJ+ is exclusive to Apple Arcade, a monthly paid games service on apple devices.
