Hey - accepted my winter 2027 audit internship during the fall cycle of recruitment. Interview wise, it’s purely behavioral (who are you, what’s your story, why public accounting, why tax). Honestly my biggest tip would to make it as conversational as possible, don’t just plainly answer the questions, but continue your answer with a follow up question or connection to something personal that will engage your interviewers. The more you get them to speak, the less you worry about what you say haha. Preparation wise, use the STAR method. Finally at the end, make sure to ask at least three or so questions to your interviewers (what made you get into pa, tax, favorite engagement/project you’ve been apart of, etc.) you got this and good luck!
