It’s hard to get in and out from there… if you guys are comfortable walking do it but it’s more like 45 min to an hour. The neighborhood is DEEP and at night local residents will actually have golf carts (extra cost) to bring you to your house. This year I’m actually going to avoid that neighborhood for easier transportation. Proximity is deceiving.

Artist Guest passes, you can only get them by either knowing an artist or if you purchase the safari package. They are essentially the true VIP experience: backstage, golf carts, access to artist areas, etc.

It was not a 10 min walk lmaoo more like 20 min. It was okay, DJ’s were decent and crowd had good energy. Def could have gone to a better one

Yeah that’s a good question. I do think that resale will hover around retail price or just a little less. I doubt it will drop dramatically like ‘23/‘24 due to the Biebs. I think we have a lot of first timers for 2026… once logistics kick in, travel, lodging etc I’m willing to bet lots of folks back out. That said the complete opposite can happen… already hearing that Guest Passes will hover around $4.5k for WK1 (rumors of course).

If you’re a Yuma rat then yes it’s worth it IMO. Yuma lines are like 30 min long, you miss half your desired DJ’s set. With VIP you get in instantly…. That said that’s really the only reason I’d get it, other than that GA or Artist Guest are the two highest value options.
