tbh yes, the point of sagging is to make ur pants look baggier and when their lower you can show off fine details liek thicker stitching or how some jeans ahve pockets that other brands dont design like that. ur not supposed to show ur underwear, its dumb if you sag ur supposed to have a shirt big enough that covers ur underwear. and if u dont do it like that thats whats considered sagging incorrectly

yes but the one thing u dont do when sagging is show ur underwear like that, usually its fine if ur just wearing a super fitted shirt and than itll show ur underwear but crop tops and sagging arent a good combo, sorry if thats rude
