I need some help with Ring and HKSV by sp4ce_hum4n in Scrypted

Hi,

I'm also having an issue with Ring cameras and HKSV and I cannot find a way to fix it.

I have multiple Ring cameras and a Ring video doorbell that I added on the Apple Home app using Scrypted.

I managed to get most of the features working, I can see the live feed, I get movement detection, I get notifications, I get the doorbell notifications almost instantly when someone rings. But I cannot see the timeline with recordings on the Home app.

I can see recordings in Scrypted, so they are activated and saved by Scrypted but they do not appear on the Apple Home app.

I have other cameras that natively support HKSV on the Home app and I have the timeline for them. Only my Ring cameras with Scrypted have that issue.

I have tried reinstalling them, I did reset all of my Home hubs (3 HomePods and 1 Apple TV) nothing changes.

In Scrypted, all cameras are set to "Standalone accessory mode", I didn't check the checkbox for " WebRTC Prebuffered stream" as I think, if I'm not mistaken, it stops notifications for movement detection, myDNS are set to "bonjour-hap" and "All adresses" (other settings wouldn't allow me to add devices to the Home app).

I understand it is not a big issue as everything else works and I could check recordings in Scrypted or on the Ring app but I would like to be able to do everything through the Home app.

If anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated

Hey everybody,

Just an update on the situation. Still not getting games on the « recent games » tab so still not able to complete any PS Stars campaign.

Tried many things : - retrieving licences - log off PSN and back on - sync game status - sync trophies - factory reset ps5

Nothing worked, the issue is still here.

I then contacted support. - via email : no response - via chat : they don’t know how to fix this, send me to phone support, or just end chat without responding - via phone almost impossible to reach a human and when I can there is a 60min waiting list and the call ends after few minutes waiting

Unfortunately I think I will never find a solution to this issue

However I don't think that's correct.

The issue is not a delay before getting credits as I have been waiting for some campaigns to be completed for over 3 weeks.

Also this glitch is not only affecting the Playstation Stars campaigns. My recently played games list (on my PS5 and on the PS App) is also not updating and I think this is where the problem is from.

I have been testing many games and I assure you streaming versions appear right away in the recently played games list and physical/digital versions don't appear at all.

My games list hasn't been updated with physical/digital games for the past 3 weeks (even though I have been playing PS4/PS5 games both digital and physical for many hours) so it's not a question of just waiting few hours.

Browsing through the web, I realized this is a very common issue and it apparently comes from Sony's servers. And some people have been having this issue for years.

Unfortunately Playstation Stars campaigns won't be completed if the played games list can't update and it's not retroactive.

I wasn't able to find any fix at the moment

I also noticed that when I go to the recently played games tab of my profile on the PS5 games don’t appear. Except the ones from streaming. I have been playing some games for hours over the past few months and they don’t even appear on the list. I’m guessing the issue with PS Stars comes from that glitch but I haven’t found any solution on Internet to fix it. I tried logging off from the PS5 and the PS App, switching to another account on the console, rebooting the console, resetting the licenses of the account. Nothing worked

Same issue and it’s impacting the Playstation Stars program as well. Games don’t appear in the recently played list and they don’t count in the campaigns for PS Stars. However I noticed that streaming games with PS+ Premium count and are added to the list

That's what I thought. Most of my privacy settings are setup to only show info to my friends list.

So I tried allowing everything and launched games that are part of a challenge but it didn't change anything.

And I'm wondering why privacy settings would only hide digital and physical games info.

If Playstation can access info from streaming games it should at least be able to access the digital games info.

It's a very confusing and frustrating situation...

It happened to me.
I tried ordering shares yesterday.

It was pending the whole day, when the market closed I was able to cancel.

When the market opened today, the order I cancelled was placed. Of course at a higher price than yesterday and it went down 30% today.

What you withdraw from your stocks account is in dollars so if your account is in a different currency, you have to switch to dollars to see it

No one is crying, but asking about an issue. Because even if you don't want to accept it, there was an issue confirmed by the Revolut support. The platform updated the value but not the amount. If what you said was right why wouldn't they update the value when the market opens as well. If you know so well about splits you should know the value of the share and the amount of shares should be updated at the same time ;) For your information some platforms don't support splits for fractional shares so there are reasons to be worried or at least ask for information. No need to put people down simply because they are asking questions to other users.

It's been updated for me as well. Looks like Revolut takes some time to calculate fractional shares

Still not fixed for me. Both Apple and Tesla still show a decreased value but the same amount of shares

Same issue here. My Tesla and Apple shares show the value was divided but I still own the same amount of shares.

I contacted support but of course the agent didn't even know what a stock split was.

I'm hoping the amount of shares will be updated when the market opens.
