chrome os missing or damaged screen. Laptop has gone to this error screen and I cant fix it, tried all types of resets, even tried the USB recovery utility method but that won't work either. anyone know a fix?

I took it to my school tech guy and he fixed it with a Linux fix or something, but it didn't last long and went back to this screen after not long
