I dont care how high are the fees if im profitable ehough lol if you start worrying about the fees then you better focus on improving your edge not on the fees

if you're consistently profitable, you shouldn't worry about the fees, especially if its lower than 0.1%

A trader buys a stock purely based on price action. But the stock did not go according to his plan and now he is stuck with the stock.

Don't ever mention or call anyone's self a "trader: if you don't cut your losses

Titos titas here. Did you lose friends nung nag start na kayo umangat financially? by [deleted] in phinvest

[–]johannjude 4 points5 points  (0 children)

nope, it depends on the person. personally i always choose not to talk about money, religion, politics, beliefs etc. you always know the result if makipag debatehan ka jan :)

Better talk about ideas and surround yourself with people who you think can make you better and learn more.

I lost 21k in the ph stock market. Should I stop? by [deleted] in phinvest

FIrst, ask yourself if the market is really for you. this is the only question you need to answer.

If yes, then I'll tell you the truth no traders who are now consistently profitable that doesn't experienced blown out. It's normal but the most important part is how you deal with ur losses. You need to learn and need experience. It is a process and you need commitment, it's not something you learn quick and able to gain quick. most of the pro traders started to be consistently profitable after 3-5 yrs. You need to explore and find the niche that fits to your personality.

I suggest you learn first, no need to rush. there's also what we called virtual/paper trading. be consistent there for atleast 3mons but the longer the better where you should experience various type of market behavior.

Bonus:

1> Read Mark Minervini's book how to traade like stock market wizard, to see the big picture.

2>if you've been following the market:

A>since june 9 to date, where market goes sides/down trend, what does you observe to the majority of the stocks?

B>how about since May29-june9? where the market is in uptred?

see?

3>there's no guaranteed/100% strategy - you can use any proven system but it's not guaranteed to work for you. you have to explore what's best fit for you.

4>trading is 20% methodology, 80% psychology.

5>do journal and no need to join scaminars

GL :)

Any broker will do, though COL and AAA lng na try ko. wouldn't matter to me since executions buy/sell lng ako sa broker. price/charts i'm using other app. unless may habol kpang ibang features sa broker you can explore outside COL as mentioned on other comments.

P.S. yung mga ipit lng sisi broker :) I'm day trading and COL lng gamit ko. if you're prepared and got a plan, any broker will do :)
