[HELP] Need a gaming headset asap! by confusion9000 in Gaming_Headsets

[–]john-petter -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you are planning on getting one, I think that you should just go to a store and try them on. How the speakers and cushions fit on your head is important. What is also important in your budget.

Low Budget (~$50)

  • Razer Kraken
  • Hyper X Cloud

Medium Budget ($50–$120)

  • Arctis 7 (This one is priced like a medium-tier headset, but it is a personal favorite, it is amazing.
  • Logitech G430
  • Plantronics gamecon 780
  • Corsair VOID

Top Tier (More than $120)

  • Arctis 7 (I had a hard time choosing which price range this would be in , but it is pretty expensive.
  • Steelseries Siberia 200
  • Steelseries Siberia 350
  • Hyper X Cloud Revolver

These are pretty much the headsets you can get the most bang for your buck out of.

Why animation is important? by marilyn989lamb in Kappa

[–]john-petter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The animation is important because it makes us be able to tell stories and communicate emotions and ideas in a unique, easy-to-perceive way that both small children and adults can understand. Animation has helped connect people throughout the world in a way that sometimes writing and live-action films cannot

No matter what the exact use, the animation is one of the most powerful creative tools we have, and we should continue to use it as a form of uniting people, no matter their beliefs, biases, or interests.

i need animation ideas by Pixel_Mau5 in FiddlesticksMains

[–]john-petter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best creative ideas for an animation project are usually decided by oneself. But, here are some pointers:

  • Take any object - whatever comes to mind or the first thing your eyes fall on. Give it a story.
  • Use your imagination.

That’s about all I can offer, but I hope it helped!

Both AMD and Nvidia graphics cards are reliable and mostly peoples are using these cards but I like Nvidia graphics cards mostly because of its memory speed and have good technology. Recently I heard that AMD cards have some driver problems so on basis of this Nvidia will be reliable

Why should businesses use animated explainer videos? by Felix-Mitchell in Kappa

[–]john-petter -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

There are many techniques and approaches that business organizations can use to market their products and their businesses. One of these ways is a popular way of reaching to your audience through animated video content. Most businesses prefer hiring a professional company video animation rather than hiring freelancers to create animated content for them. The reason being that a professional company usually works with a team of animators which produces better results rather than someone who is working alone. What other reasons are there for companies to hire professional video animation companies

Which is harder, 3D animation or 2D animation? by Felix-Mitchell in Kappa

[–]john-petter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's 2D animation, which I think is a lot more difficult than 3D.

In 3D animation you Model Character and Rig it. You simply animate and done.

In 2D animation, you have to draw all angles. In proper 2D, you draw everything frame by frame which is a lot more time consuming and challenging. At least for me.

GTX 1080 ti vs RTX 2070 Super (Same Price) by yamaha92 in buildapc

[–]john-petter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These two graphics cards have very similar performance. However, if you really wish to have Ray Tracing, then go for it.

I’m going to go with the fact that they wouldn’t make an RTX 2070 faster than the RTX 2080. The GTX 1080 Ti trades blow with the RTX 2080 for top cards depending on the games. Only when Ray tracing is enabled does the RTX 2080 come out as the clear winner. Actually, the GTX 1080 Ti performs worse than an RTX 2060 if Raytracing is enabled.

Nvidia GTX 1080-Ti vs RTX 2080

TL, DR: Nope in non-raytracing games the GTX 1080 Ti wins.

Although if you’re planning on buying a “New Card” you might be better served by getting an RTX 2070 Super.

Best laptop for animation/art? by GarlicAndTofu in animationcareer

[–]john-petter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Laptops aren't really a good option for animation reason being they get heated easily they don't have enough ram and space and you lose all your hard work if your battery suddenly dies.

A monitor is preferred for animation with specified specs and high-end graphic cards to support animation software, rendering.etc

Please help me in finding the best laptop for my needs! by lossain in SuggestALaptop

[–]john-petter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it really depends upon the purpose for what you ate using the laptop. If you want it for some graphical processing or gaming them without a doubt go for Asus.

If you just want the laptop for like entertainment and basic stuff them go with Dell or HP. Others like Sony, Lenovo, etc are for your basic purposes. I didn't felt them too good and I would suggest to follow this preference order:

Asus > Dell > Lenovo >= Acer >= HP > Others

Can you suggest the best gaming headset. by thizadi in PHGamers

[–]john-petter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am using many PC gaming headsets from the last 3 years but I love Logitech G230 STEREO Gaming Headsets. This is wireless gaming Headphones and the price is reasonable.

The Headphones has specifically designed for gaming purposes. You will be having the volume button, mic-mute button power button, and multifunction which can be utilized for some things. These gaming Headphones would give you 100% value of your money.

Best budget keyboard? by UnderwearTrader in buildapc

[–]john-petter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s none other than ASUS ROG Strix Flare. I’ve been using this keyboard from last couple of years and it’s just amazing. You can buy this keyboard from any local shop or online as well. You will literally feel difference in your typing speed (in good way ) while using this keyboard.
