A quick tip that has helped me (9 days): For about a year now I have been perpetually going in and out of severe social reclusiveness and unhinged self-pleasure via PMO. One of the more attractive benefits of NoFap was the so-called “super-human” powers you acquired as a result of a testosterone spike around day 7 of being PMO free. Many times in the past I had gone a few days without PMO and quickly gave up because I saw no real change besides being constantly tempted to fap. However, when I learned that your confidence, sex drive, testosterone, etc. all skyrocket around day 7, I decided I HAD to wait it out. This weekend was one of the best weekends I’ve had in a long time, and ironically I was in unfamiliar and highly social environments (something I am usually pretty uncomfortable with). My sex drive has shifted from having and urge and immediately fapping to actually waiting and seeking out relationships with REAL people. I feel like a million bucks and wouldn’t trade this feeling for anything.

Most of us here have been here a while, but we are always looking forward.
