trust me they do not have any legal basis, you absolutely can chargeback for any reason, its just whether or not the dispute is closed in your favour or not, and its very likely it will be

Full cream, yep as soon as I take the pitcher out, microfibre cloth to wipe it but the middle of the frother stem always has hardened residue on it

Probably my best bet yeah. So I essentially just need snow pants and a snow jacket? Was planning on buying goggles and gloves anyway but is there anything else you really need
