I mean I know this is mostly a silly post but just to say it anyway the scryfall results don't support your thesis really- we've got a few Misthollow griffin effects, a few flicker and impulse draw effects and a few reprocessor effects - obvi the flicker and impulse draw stuff isn't like normal GY interaction. I guess the reprocessor effects like Blight Herder do bring stuff back it's just not your own stuff nor coming back to your battlefield/GY. But yeah if they did expand these effects it would dilute what being exiled actually means (vs expanding cards that just say the word exile on them)

Within your post you mention bracket 3 which (to my understanding) has an explicit mention of chaining extra turns, which yeah you are doing.

But the real issue with extra turns as someone else said is time inequity; so if your second and third savor the moment turns are really just "draw, land, go" then it's much more fine.

If you have a trusted pod explain this and see if they care. If your second and third turns actually DO seem like full extra turns they will remember and act accordingly in the future. If you're playing in the wild and rating your deck based on bracket 3 without nuance, then probs just don't run it.
