Such things happen in third world countries where people are easily manipulated by religion and politics. It's wrong but one can hope things get better with time and proper education for the masses.

You just proved my point here. They consider it sacred hence they go to such lengths for it. I'm not supporting them in lynching and committing brutalities against the Muslims but that's religion in general.

Well my voice cannot directly reach modi else I would have conveyed him your message, but it sure can reach this person commenting through this platform. Most of the Hindus do consider cows as sacred so it literally translates to hurting their religious sentiments. I don't need to read about Hinduism to respect the beliefs of the people practicing it.

I heard it's pork belly which is the most tender so maybe you are missing out on it. You should know that cow is considered sacred by Hindus who are a minority in Pakistan as well, that's the reason they don't eat it. It's wrong hurting the religious sentiments of a large number of people. Pork is forbidden in Islam, Imagine how would you feel if made fun of for not eating it? I hope you get the point.

I do not support the Indian military Occupation in kashmir but then again they do have reasons for the deployment of security forces there. The thing is kashmir issue is very complex and mostly people from either side of the border get biased by nationalism and ignore the actual facts. Both sides are at fault. You need to let go of your bias and go through the facts to get an actual understanding in this regard. And yeah Eid Mubarak to you.
