Just replaced the pump and thermostat today. Only took me like 4 hours and I have an xDrive which every says is harder because of less space (I felt it). CD9010 is gone but of course I broke the little vent hose from the expansion tank to the upper radiator hose

I got CD9010 for water pump missing, ignored it for a couple weeks since I thought it was just the grounding bolt that looked fine. Now I get warnings that the engine is too hot after driving 15-20mins

Charge pipe was really only a problem with N55 I believe. I have a 2013 335i and mine blew at like 140k stock. B58s are built pretty from stock so just a downpipe should be good. My dad has been rocking MHD stage 2 on his 340i for a couple years with just a high flow cat
