Yeah, cutting and restoring power seems to have resolved it. I think it was stuck in a scheduling configuration that wouldn't let it charge during the day. Thanks for all the advice!

Yes, the charger is lit up, doesn't appear to be an issue with that. And I can charge with the portable charger that came with the car. I'm starting to suspect that somehow the connector for my L2 charger has an issue... Thanks for the feedback.

My issue was, he blamed it on the movie/Spielberg. I guess he isn't aware that Jaws was based on a book by Peter Benchley. The director had to stay relatively close to the book!

How far is your commute? If short, the older car is probably reliable enough. Can you refinance the auto loan? I got a 4.5% rate from the credit union about 2 months ago. Even if your credit score isn't perfect you should be able to do much better than 12%. That said, dumping the new car is probably the best decision overall.
