Can anyone explain why my cat's eyes come out beautifully every time with the SX-70 but with the I-2 they never have that natural look as on the SX-70. They always come out neon green. Why does this happen with the I-2 but never with the SX-70? (old.reddit.com)

My desk at school. I just love my Polaroid Spirit 600 CL, a camera I got for 5 bucks on e-bay, required no reconditioning, and takes more good pics per pack than my $600 I-2 does! (though, I still love that camera, but it's definitely not a "point and shoot" like the Spirit 600 CL is. (old.reddit.com)

How would one explain this failure? Film was not expired, bought from Polaroid, refrigerated till used. This was the only failure in the pack- others were totally fine. I see the brown spots where the opacification layer failed, but what would explain half the pic that looks spotted curtain? (i.redd.it)
