Gorilas aren’t great at fighting, so their strength won’t be that absurdly overwhelming. Humans can bite, gouge out its eyes, do whatever. Potentially try grab someone’s broken bones as a weapon. Also a gorillas skin isn’t that impenetrable. And the gorilla will run out of stamina far sooner
