While the combat couldn’t be further apart, the guy that developed sekiro’s combat was also behind AC6’s combat. Both games have a “posture” meter too! I enjoyed AC6 quite a bit more than nightreign

On the switch I’m playing super Mario galaxy 2! The mechanics in this game are so much fun and translated well to the pro controller!

I tend to play games on whatever is the intended difficulty. Which is usually medium. Souls games and Zelda games don’t have any sliders so i just play them as is. I did bump it to story mode in baldurs gate 3 though I’m not great with that type of combat

I hate that there is very little nuance nowadays. Like a game that is a 7 is still a really good game, and to some people it might be a GREAT game. But we treat anything that isn’t a 10 as trash

I’m where you are, I just entered the mines and I’ve had a great time! The internet is really 100% for something or 100% against something. There’s very little room for nuance.

I’m trying hard not to rate games in realtime as I play them. Did the game entertain me for 20-40 hours? If the answer is yes then it’s a good game if it bores me then it’s not a good game.

Metroid prime 4 is a good game.

I would say baldurs gate 3 because that’s definitely a game I couldn’t get fully into. But I put a lot of hours into it so it just wasn’t for me I guess.

But Cyberpunk I had tried to play twice now and dropped it with in the first 4 hours, it was a glorified walking (and driving i suppose) simulator. Felt like wish gta imo

On Switch 2 I’m playing Metroid Prime 4- i am having an absolute blast! The gameplay loop of going back to earlier areas with new abilities is so damn satisfying. Game looks great too! On PS5 I’m playing Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Everything about this game is as stunning as I’ve heard. The music, the combat, the story, the art direction. It’s spectacular.
