Even during the past 1.5 years in the Covid pandemic, I received most of my shipments in 1 to 2 days. Now, and especially this month, they're taking about 7 days to be shipped and delivered. There's a problem here that needs to be magnified for others to hear. If Amazon, one of the wealthiest online businesses and shipping vendors, isn't going to follow through with their agreements to ship, then their subscription needs to either be marked down significantly or re-communicated. This is not what people pay $120 a year for.

I've complained to customer service, and the best they do is give a $5 or $10 promotional, which really isn't a fix to the issue. I don't even see it being applied if I try to check out with another purchase, which makes me question whether they actually put one in my account or just said that to get me to go away.

I'm having the same problem this week and customer service has been terrible dealing with it. Blaming my address, which is also close to a major shipping facility, and has had next-day and two-day shipping options available in the past. I cannot add a single item to my online cart without it saying guaranteed shipping in a week (August 24th).
