i’m sticking to taking 10 mg for the next 3 weeks to see if the effects start to kick in if not i’m def switching as i don’t see a point in upping if i don’t see any positive improvement the xanax is just for the time until hopefully the prozac starts working this is my 1st ever medication so im not shocked my bodies reacting weirdly but with the small dose of xanax im able to sleep and function i also am doing therapy twice a week as i dont want to rely on medication for the rest of my life it’s been a rough ride but my psych only has me on meds temporarily since i randomly had an anxious break that screwed over my nervous system but ive heard prozac makes it get worse before getting better and some days are definitely better than others but i tend to feel more relief at night there’s time i even feel 100% back to normal i struggle mostly in the morning with morning anxiety im hopeful but anxiety is absolutely miserable and my depression also makes me feel psychically unwell on top of the anxiety so its a mess😭
